Description
The De Buyer non-stick brioche mould is just what you need to make a classic French brioche. It makes one large brioche loaf with the traditional fluted base, and forms a round boule or tte as it rises.
The steel mould is highly resistant to deformation, so your mould will be in perfect shape for years to come. It reaches very high temperatures and distributes the heat evenly throughout the mould, allowing the proper caramelisation of French pastries.
The mould has a PFOA-free non-stick PTFE coating, which has excellent release properties. It also protects the steel from rust and makes the mould easy to clean. The brioche mould is suitable in conventional ovens up to 220C.
The De Buyer non-stick brioche mould is 8.3cm high and 22cm in diameter at the widest point.
Wash & grease before first use. Hand washing recommended. Not suitable for microwave or grill use. Do not use with sharp objects. Do not heat while empty.
