Use the De Buyer Kouglof cake mould to create a perfectly baked, intricately-shaped Bundt cake, the lightly-spiced sponge loved across Europe. Enrich your cake with sultanas for a traditional German Gugelhupf cake, or try a summery centrepiece with blood orange and olive oil.
Alternatively, divide and colour half your cake mix for a marble effect and a beautiful hidden design reveal.
The mould is made from non-stick steel which reaches very high temperatures and distributes heat evenly, for a neat and perfectly-risen cake. The mould has a PFOA-free non-stick PTFE coating, which means your cakes slip seamlessly from the tin. It also protects the steel from rust and makes the mould easy to clean.
Hand wash only with non-abrasive sponge. PFOA-free.
