This de Buyer (Debuyer) belini pan is made of multilayer material, a combination of stainless steel on the outside and aluminium on the inside for a hyper reactive result and even cooking. Perfect heat diffusion across the cookware: even cooking. Designed for making blinis, fritters or pancakes.

French Collection version: cast stainless steel riveted handle inspired by the Eiffel Tower; beautiful and ergonomic handle. Elegant and modern pan, perfect for buffets, outdoor dining or for the table.
