Description
This organic fig jam is a sophisticated addition to cheese boards and breakfast spreads. Produced in Spain, its made with Calabacita figs which are prized for their superior taste and texture. The figs are combined with brown cane sugar to create a smooth, sweet jam with notes of honey and caramel.
Fig jam is delicious on toast and croissants or stirred into yoghurt and overnight oats. You can spread it on puff pastry to make a fruit tart or use it as a filling for cakes and pastries. This artisan jam is also delicious with rich, creamy cheeses like Brie, Stilton and Camembert. Serve it with crackers or add it to an indulgent cheese toastie.
