Use this Cool Chile Co Kit to create the Northern Mexican dish chilli con carne. This chilli con carne, however, is not like the one that most of us know. Tomatoes are not necessary when you have a silky puree of guajillo chillies.
To get started you need vegetable oil, 400g stewing meat (beef, lamb, pork or goat the more marbling the better), one medium onion and one clove of garlic. The set includes a 24g sachet of carne con chile spice mix, one chile de rbol, three chiles guajillo, one chile ancho and a recipe card.

Ingredients: 25g sachet Carne con Chile Spice mix (masa harina [nixtamalized ground corn], sea salt, smoked paprika, Mexican oregano, toasted cumin), 2x chile de rbol, 20g chile guajillo (approx 3), 10g chile ancho (approx 1), 1 recipe sheet.
Allergy Advice: made in a factory that handles nuts, peanuts, sesame and milk.
Storage: Store in a cool dark place.
