Description

Chipotle chilli powder adds a hint of smoky spice to sauces, marinades and slow-cooked chilli con carne. Made from medium-hot jalapeo chillies, the deep red powder has an unmistakable aroma with notes of wood smoke and molasses. Its an essential ingredient in Mexican cuisine and is also used in Tex-Mex recipes and dishes from the American Southwest.

The warming heat of chipotle chilli powder works well in anything slow-cooked, from soups and stews to slow-braised pork and lamb for tacos and enchiladas.
