Cookut Stainless Steel Steamer

Description

Use Cookuts stainless steel steamer to gently steam fish, or perfectly cook tenderstem broccoli. This is also called a couscoussier, which is a traditional double-chambered food steamer used in Berber cuisine to cook couscous. This single-layer steamer basket has an integrated sieve that lets steam rise from the top of the couscous.

To use Cookuts steamer, place the basket on top of Cookuts Dutch oven and fill it with water. The water turns to steam that in turn cooks your food. This versatile piece of cookware is great for steaming vegetables and fish. Steaming retains the vitamins and minerals in vegetables, making it a healthy cooking method.
