A non-stick mineral coating lets you fry without the need for lots of fat and only a thin layer is needed for the best results! This coating also makes this pan easy to clean.

To fry crpes in this pan, slowly pour a ladle of batter into the centre and swirl to coat the whole base. The pan has very low sides so its easy to slide the finished crpe from pan to plate. As well as using this pan for pancakes, its fantastic for frying eggs and halloumi or searing steak.

The flat wooden handle stays cool while youre cooking lift it from the hob without fear of burning yourself.
