Compota Beirabagas pumpkin and almond jam is a sweet Portuguese preserve to pair with your favourite pastries. The sweet pumpkin jam gets a nuttiness from almonds. Pair the preserve with buttery croissants, toasted crumpets or crpes.
Beirabaga jams are made following traditional Portuguese recipes. All the preserves are made with fruit which grows in Portugals Cova da Beira and the Algarve. The soil and climate conditions of these areas produce fruit that boasts the best flavour.
