Chocolate covered fig salami is an indulgent Italian treat, rich with orange zest and rum.
Wrapped to look like charcuterie, Calabrian pressed figs are infused with citrus and a generous dash of warming rum, then coated in chocolate.
This fruity chocolate salami can be sliced and shared as a post-dinner nibble with espressos or a festive tipple.
Ingredients: Calabrian figs (65%), sugar, dark chocolate (20%) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla extract), orange zest (10%), rum liqueur (5%), cornstarch.
