Catrineta smoked sardines have a smoky flavour and richness from the olive oil theyre preserved with. Enjoy these sardines straight from the tin, grill and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice, or fry with garlic and toss through spaghetti for a simple dinner.
Alternatively, try lightly toasting slices of fresh, crusty bread, top with crushed tomatoes and garlic, and finally place a single sardine on top.
Each tin contains 6-8 sardines.
