Description
The cast iron grill pan is versatile and resilient. Its fantastic for searing steaks and fish, or for griddling vegetables. The ridged pan base allows fat to drain away from meat as it cooks, giving you lovely smoky bar-marks. Its also a brilliant pan for making flat-breads with a simple flour and yoghurt dough.
Cast iron is a great choice for every kitchen. It reaches extremely high heats, and conducts evenly with no hot-spots! Sous Chef founder Nicola says: A good cast iron pan will last for decades if you really look after it. Plus cast iron pans develop a lovely non-stick patina with every use. Season them regularly with oil and they’ll be with you for life.
