Description
Casale Le Marmores farrois pearled, which means the outer husk has been removed. Also known as spelt in English, it is the Trticum dicoccum grain, which has been cultivated in Umbria for hundreds of years, and is one of the most valuable products of central Italy.
The farro cooks in just 20 minutes and you dont need to soak the grains before cooking. Serve nutty spelt grains like rice or barley, as a base for Italian stews or in soups.
