Casa Marrazzo Italian broccoli – friarielli – is a fantastic store cupboard ingredient, loved across Italy. The stems are known as friarielli in Naples and Campania, rapini in Tuscany and Puglia, while in Rome they are called broccoletti. Serve the long, slender broccoli with Italian sausage in a pasta sauce, or to top a pizza.
Casa Marrazzo dates back to 1934, and in its eight decades has grown from a small family farm to a proudly artisan producer of tinned vegetables. As well as classic red tomatoes, discover the brands tinned Italian broccoli, San Marzano tomato jam and beautiful yellow tomatoes.
Ingredients: ‘Friarielli’ broccoli of Italian origin, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, hot pepper, acidity regulator: citric acid
Storage:after opening, transfer the product to a non-metallic container, store in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
