The Blues Hog BBQ team are from Tennessee, and got their start by holding family and community barbecues. Under the guidance of pitmaster, Bill Arnold, Blues Hog started entering BBQ competitions. Their unique rubs and sauces soon catapulted them to victory, and won lots of awards on the way. So many, in fact, that Blues Hog sauces are often referred to as the Choice of Champions!
Baste your meat part way through cooking to keep moisture locked in and add sweet-hot kick. For a more intense flavour, use the sauce on its own as a dip. Or even stir a spoonful into minced beef and pork for flavourful homemade burgers.
Ingredients: brown sugar, ketchup (tomato concentrate from red ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, salt, spices, onion powder, natural flavour), apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, spices including mustard & paprika, Worcestershire sauce (distilled vinegar, molasses, water, corn syrup, salt, caramel colour, sugar, spices, anchovies (fish), natural flavour [soy], tamarind extract, sulphiting agents), vanilla extract, dried garlic.
