The Shibazi Chinese meat cleaver is made in the Southern Chinese province of Guangdong in Yangjiang, a city famed for its metalwork and knives for 1,400 years. In China, Shibazi is a household name, having won over 300 awards, and built up a global reputation for its quality knives.
To prevent rusting just dry after use. Even if a few tiny rust spots show, you can rub these off with a scouring pad. Not dishwasher safe.
