Description
Belazu Reserva sherry vinegar is aged in American oak barrels, which gives the vinegar a sweet depth the ageing process is similar to the one used to age balsamic vinegar. Sherry vinegar has a bright acidity, and a slightly nutty sweetness.
Pair sherry vinegar with braised chicken and tarragon for a classic French recipe, or add it to a romesco sauce with tomatoes, almonds and bread for the flavours of Catalonia.
