Description
Belazu tahini is made on Mount Gerazim near the town called Nablus in the West Bank, which is known as the original home of tahini. Its made using seeds from Ethiopia, which are skillfully roasted to release a rich, nutty and balanced flavour. The seeds are then double-ground to create Belazu tahinis signature creamy texture and glossy finish.
Use Belazu tahini to make your own houmous, or turn it into a dressing by loosening with lemon juice and a little honey. Its also fantastic mixed with yoghurt and used as a marinade for whole-roasted cauliflower.
