Description
Belazu preserved lemons are lemons preserved in salt and water. During the preserving process the lemons lose thier sharpness but their flavour intensifies. The preserved lemons are the authentic Beldi lemon variety, and are hand sortedand graded for size and quality. They are then hand packed to ensure that the fruit doesnt bruise and retains its fragrant aroma.
Finely chop 1 lemon with 2 red onions and fresh parsley for a great stuffing for poultry and fish. Or mix together preserved lemon zest and juice together with plain yoghurt and tahini for a zingy dip.
