Baron cassareep is a cassava sauce for making pepperpot. A blend of cassava extract, hot peppers and clove give this sauce its deep colour and bittersweet taste. Add cassareep to soups, stews and slow-cooked meat dishes to bring strong beefy flavours to the mix.
