ArteMonte make artisan Spanish pates and cured meats in the Sierra Morena mountains on the border between Andalucia and Castilla la Mancha. ArteMonte specialise in wild game, and the mountain habitat is rich with animals like boar, venison and partridge. They use traditional recipes that have been passed down through generations of artisans to make their range of premium cured meats and pates.
