Description
The gentle smoke from apple wood dust is more complex and denser than alder wood, yet it is still quite mild, with sweet and fruity notes. It’s excellent for game birds, fish, beef, poultry and pork especially ham.
For use with the Cameron Stovetop Smoker, the ProQ Cold Smoke Generator (100g produces 10 hours of cold smoke), and some hand held smokers.
