Description
Andritsaina Kritharaki orzo is the traditional Greek grain used to make Giouvetsi a beef stew. Made from wheat and eggs, orzo is a small, short-cut type of pasta, shaped like grains of rice. Like arborio rice, orzo is wonderful at absorbing liquid as well as adding it to Greek casseroles, use orzo to make seafood risottos, summer salads and minestrone soups.
