Alpenzus sour cherry preserve is a sweet, tangy fruit jam for stirring through yoghurt, serving with nutty Alpine cheeses or pairing with crostini. Made with 75% sour cherries and grape juice concentrate, this no added sugar preserve has an intense fruit flavour. As well as serving with cheese, this sour cherry preserve is wonderful in desserts stir through blondie batters, add to almond galettes, or use it to make retro black forest gateau.
