Preserved in oil with spices and vinegar, the mushroom mix includes the prized porcini mushroom. Famous for its umami-rich flavour and meaty texture, its considered by many to be the king of mushrooms!

Ingredients: Mixed mushrooms in variable proportion: volvaria volvacea, nameko pholiota mutabilis, pleurotus ostreatus, boletus edulis and related group 8%, olive oil 24%, vinegar (sour wine), salt, laurel, spices (pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg), citric acid, ascorbic acid.
