Try mixing ketchup with mustard, mayonnaise and finely chopped gherkins to make a classic American burger sauce.
This flavoursome ketchup isnt just for dipping and dunking – you can cook with it, too. It will add colour and tang to a sweet and sour stir-fry or a smoky glaze for chipotle chicken wings. For a fuss-free prawn cocktail, mix ketchup with mayonnaise, cayenne pepper and a dash of Tabasco to make a creamy Marie Rose sauce.
