AGF selects coffee beans from around the world according to the season and the characteristics of the region that they are grown in. They roast and extract the beans to bring out their individuality, and then vacuum freeze-dried the liquid in -40C to capture the aroma and flavour of coffee brewed by a coffee shop master in the powder. All you have to do is pour in hot water. Please enjoy this luxurious, aromatic black coffee to your heart’s content.

You can enjoy the sweet and gorgeous aroma and clear aftertaste, or you can use this in your dessert applications as an excellent substitute of coffee extract or espresso. Think tiramisu, coffee buttercream, mocha pound cake… This coffee’s flavour profile is, according to our chef, much more balanced and “intriguing” than the common espresso capsules. Maybe that’s why he drinks it so often.

Usage

• Hot Coffee: 1 heaping teaspoon (2 grams) in 140-180ml of hot water. Stir.
• Iced Coffee: 1 heaping teaspoon (2 grams) in 70-90ml of hot water. Stir in 5-6 ice cubes.
