Description
Mizkan gomashabu is the classic sesame dipping sauce for Japanese hot pot or shabu shabu. Just offer a small bowl of the sesame dipping sauce to each diner alongside their portion of fresh meat and vegetables. Once the meat is cooked in the central hot pot, lift and dip in the sesame dressing.
We love using this rich dressing to toss through crunchy lettuce leaves or even rehydrated seaweed salad mix for a Japanese-style salad.
Ingredients: water, sesame paste, distilled vinegar, soybean and rice paste, sesame oil, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, water, salt), salt. Fructose syrup, flavour enhancer: E621 E631, sugar, carrageenan, yeast extract, tamarind seed gum, flavours, spices (ginger, garlic, white pepper).
